We take your privacy — and the privacy of your children — very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how SuppoNexus Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in our mobile and desktop applications, including Coda Guitar Tab Player and Coda Maker.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our apps are designed for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We do not knowingly collect, store, or share any personal information from children.

3. Information Collection and Use

We believe in a privacy-by-design approach. To provide a safe environment:

  • No Personal Data: We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise geolocation.
  • No Account Creation: Users are not required to create an account or provide a login to use our apps.
  • No Data Storage: Because we do not collect data, we do not store or sell any user details to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Our apps do not use third-party plugins, social media integrations, or tracking tools that collect data for advertising or profiling purposes.

Note: If you use Google Play Services for basic functionality, they may collect a unique device ID for internal app health metrics (such as crash reports), but this is not linked to your identity.

5. Camera

Coda Guitar Tab Player uses the device camera solely for scanning QR codes during LAN sync with another device. No images are stored, transmitted, or shared. Camera access is requested only when you initiate a sync and can be denied without affecting other app functionality.

6. Local Network

Coda Guitar Tab Player uses your local network to sync song packages between your own devices (e.g. iPhone and Windows PC on the same WiFi). No data leaves your local network. No servers or cloud services are involved in the sync process.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
